Liquid Vial INSPECTION MACHINEM

PIV-S-1 is a machine to inspect foreign
materials visually after filling and sterilizing
liquid that has been made by medical products makers.  

The controllable roller allows particles of the
product to move and identify itself easily.

Halogen light source, which is supplied through
the upper and lower fiber optical light source,
can recognize particles by Tyndall effect as
much as possible to make slope easily.

PIV-S-1 is equipped with the lens having 1.8 to
2 times magnitude to control the slope area or recognize foreign materials easily by
magnifying them.
